June 2013Venues open, venues close, but slam is forever!  Scout is no longer with us (RIP, Scout), so we moved this month’s Spokane Poetry Slam to Stage Left Spokane, a brand new theater on 3rd Ave. between the Days Inn and the Plasma Center!

What:  Spokane Poetry Slam with $50 Grand Prize
When:  Sunday, June 16; sign-ups at 8:00, SLAM@8:30!
Where:  NEW VENUE! Spokane Stage Left; 108 W 3rd Ave.
Cost:  $5 to compete; $5 suggested donation for audience
Ages:  ALL AGES*

What:  BootSlam All Ages Performance P0etry Competition with $50 Grand Prize

What:  Broken Mic 
When:  Every Wednesday at 6:30pm
